為甚麼要用 CBBC Call Management System SB-104 ?
買賣CBBC其實與一般股票沒有分別. 祇是在到期時, 或發行商收回時, 會產生很多工作.

1. SELECT CBBC 選擇要處理收回工作的牛熊證
2. PRINT CALLED CBBC REPORT 列印有關牛熊證及殘餘價值資料
3. CALLED CBBC STOCK WITHDRAWAL 將作廢之牛熊證存貨全部提出
4. DEPOSIT CBBC RESIDUAL VALUE TO CLIENT 將有殘餘價值之金額存入戶口
5. CLEAR PROCESSED CBBC HISTORY 將陳舊資料清除
Brief Description 簡介:
When a CBBC is called either before or on the expiry date, POP user will use 9.C.
to process jobs such as "WITHDRAW ALL EXPIRED CBBC", for all holders.
If the CBBC has residual value, when received from CCASS, user will run the step 4
to deposit value to all client with that stock holdings.
When 1. SELECT CBBC is selected, the system will search all user with the stock, and
create a FILTER for other steps. In this stage, user will enter CBBC stock number, and
RESIDUAL VALUE (if any).
User will print out a report to show information as shown below

After user accept the result, user can go to step 3. CALLED CBBC STOCK WITHDRAWAL
to perform a GLOBLE WITHDRAWL of the CBBC when M-3-4 will be updated.
User can make change in M-3-4 if neccessary.
DESCRIPTION of this type will be "CBBC #### CALLED WITHDRAWAL."
On the settlement date, usually T+2 date, when CCASS will transfer fund to broker firm
of the residual value which can be refund to client's balance with the option
4. DEPOSIT CBBC RESIDUAL VALUE TO CLIENT.
The transaction will be generate to M-3-3 PAYMENT/RECEIPT TRANSACTION where user can
make adjustment as needed.
DESCRIPTION of this type will be "CBBC #### residual value refund."
The last option 5. CLEAR PROCESSED CBBC HISTORY is used to clear history record of
the called CBBC. This is useful when the same stock number is used for other CBBC.
When the CBBC data is to huge, it is also good to purge unused CBBC record with this
option.
